JWELL PET POY Yarn Spinning Line

The video show the poy yarn process of JWELL poy spinning machine. Partially oriented yarns are made by melt extrusion (melt spinning) of polyester chips or chips. During POY spinning, the filament is stretched or stretched to five times its original size to orient the polymer to achieve the required uniformity, strength, shrinkage and elongation. Therefore, the term POY refers to multi fibers that are only partially stretched. POY usually has lower strength and poor uniformity than fully oriented yarn (FOY). POY is mainly used in the manufacture of textured yarn, but it is also used in fabrics and warping.
