PVC Foaming Board Extrusion Machine

PVC foam board extrusion line adopts DC speed regulator, which has the advantages of large speed regulation range, accurate temperature control, simple and reliable operation. PVC foam board is a lightweight material with good mechanical and insulating properties. Foamed plastic PVC is a mixture of PVC and polyurea. It has good adhesion strength and solid shape due to its linear closed-cell foam structure. This very light (half the weight of solid PVC) material is highly resistant to moisture and certain chemicals and is very easy to cut and shape. It is also thermoplastic and begins to soften around 65 degrees Celsius (149 degrees Fahrenheit).
